NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
December 15, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the applications H-2015-0018 by SCS Brighton, LLC for
Annexation and Zoning of 14.93 acres of land with an R-40
zoning district AND Modification to the Development Agreement
(Inst. #1140457759) for TM Creek to include the subject 14.93 acre
parcel in the Agreement for TM Creek East generally located south
side of W. Franklin Road, approximately 1/4 mile east of S. Ten
Mile Road
