Specifically, • North For ❑ Three building lots are proposed (Lots 3, 5 and 6), of which, Lot 3 becomes "Veranda," the phase 1 assisted living final plat (graphics, following page). ■ Lots 5 and 6 are subject to future subdivision applications for age -qualified and townhome projects, currently in the detailed planning process. ❑ A 30 -foot wide parcel adjacent to Chinden (Lots I and 8) has been reserved for ROW acquisition by the Idaho Transportation Department for future roadway widening. ❑ Common lot buffers (Lots 2, 4 and 7) are provided along Fox Run, Chinden, and Meridian Road. Landscape and pathway improvements along the Chinden and Meridian Road street frontages will be phased to coincide with the adjacent development through future applications.
