This phase of The Oaks South lies south of W. McMillan Road and west of N. Black Cat Road. North of the site is W. McMillan Road; south and west of the site is The Oaks South Subdivision No. 1; and east of the site is Oakereek Subdivision No. 2. The gross density of the final plat is 4.4 dwelling units per acre, with a net density of 5.87 dwelling units per acre. The minimum property size is 6,462 square feet, with an average lot size of 7,422 square feet. The preliminary plat was approved by the Meridian City Council on December 17, 2013. The central park, pool facility and pressure irrigation pond were constructed with The Oaks South Subdivision No. 1. The final plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meets all requirements or conditions thereof.
