The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced annexation and zoning
modification application for TM Creek East south of W. Franklin Road and approximately ¼ mile
east of S. Ten Mile Rd. north of I-84. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
