This project is scheduled to be heard by the Planning & Zoning Commission at tonight's meeting. Staff issued a
report last week recommending denial of the CUP request based on the drive-through stacking lane not having
sufficient length to accommodate more than three vehicles without obstructing adjacent drive aisles necessary for
circulation within the site.
The applicant submitted a revised site plan today that depicts a reconfiguration of the drive-through that addresses
staff s concerns. Therefore, staff is in support of the revised site plan and now recommends approval of the CUP
request.
Because staff was recommending denial, conditions of approval were not included in the staff report. Staff has
prepared a revised staff report that includes the revised site plan and conditions of approval for the Commission's
review (attached).
The Commission may approve the CUP request tonight based on the revised site layout and staff report if they
deem appropriate; or, the project may be continued to the December 17th hearing to allow additional time for
review.
