PZ - Applicant Response to Staff Report - 12/1Bill and Josh, Thanks for taking the time to prepare the staff report for the project. We appreciate the thought and effort that went into the report. Based on our review we are in agreement with the staff report with a couple of clarifications: 1. The address of the applicant on Page 1 should be: PO Box 2579 Eagle, ID 83616 2. Also we wanted to clarify that the landscape buffer along the westerly property line would be 25’ with the current residential use. However, when the property to the west is developed by others by construction of a road adjacent to our westerly property line, the landscape buffer could be potentially be narrower.
