We have reviewed the referenced staff report with its incorporation of
the City Council’s November 24th approval of the Paramount Subdivision
DA modification (H-2015-0022), and concur with the recommended
conditions of approval. The project design team will attend the hearing
to assure that Commission questions or concerns are addressed.
