BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, CAVENER, MILAM, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE OF THE MERIDIAN POLICE
DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE MERIDIAN POLICE DEPARTMENT TO COLLECT
SUCH FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, following publication of notice according to the requirements of Idaho Code
section 63-1311A, on November 16, 2015 and November 24, 2015, the City Council of Meridian held
a hearing on the adoption of the proposed Fee Schedule of the Meridian Police Department, as set forth
in Exhibit,4 hereto; and
WHEREAS, following such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
proposed Fee Schedule of the Meridian Police Department;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Fee Schedule of the Meridian Police Department, as set forth in Exhibit A
hereto, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the Meridian Police Department is hereby authorized to implement and carry
out the collection of said fees.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, on December 1, 2015.
