RE: H-2015-0028 JACKSON HEADQUARTERS PUBLIC UTILITY VACATION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced public utility vacation
application for the Jackson Headquarters at 3410 and 3500 E. Commercial Court east of SH-55. ITD
has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application beyond our response noted in the materials provided.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.
