I, Jace Stolfo, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and say:
In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A -5D, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on 11/20/15, which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled public hearing
for Easy Jet Subdivision/MPP1 5-0017/RZ-1 5-012/PP-1 5-016/CUP-1 5-017 for the
rezone, conditional use permit, and preliminary plat application to allow for the
development of a 5 lot subdivision consisting of 3 multi -family building lots (76
apartment units) and 2 commercial lots. The site is located at 2750 S. Eagle
Road in Meridian, Idaho.
I have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this
affidavit. The sign(s) will be removed no later than three (3) days after the public
hearing.
