We have reviewed staff comments for the City Council meeting of November 24, 2015, and have
the following responses:
VI. SITE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

5. a. The majority of the existing trees on the site were undesirable species such as poplars
and locust trees. Others were rotted and diseased and had to be removed with the old
house. The applicant will have Jensen Belts coordinate with Elroy Huff on the
remaining trees. No mitigation is expected to be required.
5. b. Additional open space calculations will be provided.

8. a. The streetlight is already depicted on our plans.
b. This comment references the preliminary plat. The construction plans show a streetlight
at the intersection of W. Astonte St. and N. Penngrove Way.
C. Type I lighting will be provided as required.

10. The applicant will provide a looped system; however, the applicant does not agree to extending
the water Iine in N. Penngrove Way, as the connection is 100 feet north of the property line and
would involve tearing up/rebuilding of the existing street. The developer to the north did not
meet the requirement of extending services to the property boundary.
