NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
December 1, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the applications AZ 15-012 by DevCo for Annexation and Zoning
of 0.38 of an acre of land with a C-G zoning district located 2700 N.
Eagle Road; CUP 15-019 for Conditional Use Permit for a multi-
family development consisting of 336 dwelling units on 16.68 acres
of land in a C-G zoning district and MDA 15-011 for Modification
the to Development Agreement to include a conceptual
development plan for the property and to remove the requirement for
detailed conditional use permit approval of future uses located 2600
N. Eagle Road for Village Apartments
