NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
December 1, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the applications AZ 15-013 by Gem State ER, LLC for Annexation
and Zoning of 10.06 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district AND
PP 15-017 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 50 building
lots and 12 common lots on 10.06 acres of land in a proposed R-8
zoning district for Bull Ranch Subdivision located 6168 N. Elk
Ranch Lane
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642
