PZ - Applicant Response to Staff ReportAll,
On behalf of SCS Brighton LLC—and with the “correction” noted below—we
concur with the staff recommendation for the annexation, zoning and DA
modification per application AZ, MDA (H-2015-0018).
However, we are providing two, “same-named” ACHD E-mail exchanges
pertaining to Franklin Road access. It is my intent to comment briefly
on both to establish a record for future access consideration at
submittal of development applications for both, Brighton and the
adjoining Calnon Properties.

Development Agreement Modification for TM Creek East.. This item is
scheduled to be on the Council agenda on November 17th Planning & Zoning
Commission on November 19th. The public hearing will be held at City
