PZ - Applicant Response to Staff ReportAll, On behalf of SCS Brighton LLC—and with the “correction” noted below—we concur with the staff recommendation for the annexation, zoning and DA modification per application AZ, MDA (H-2015-0018). However, we are providing two, “same-named” ACHD E-mail exchanges pertaining to Franklin Road access. It is my intent to comment briefly on both to establish a record for future access consideration at submittal of development applications for both, Brighton and the adjoining Calnon Properties.
