The window is located on the south-east face of the existing building and will be used to service vehicular traffic entering the plaza from the south, with business hours limited from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. as per city code (Ord. 14-1623, 9-2-2014) . No work is to be performed on the site, or to the existing structures. All existing parking is to remain. No change of zone is requested. Traffic flow will not be impeded due to the fact the existing site and structure were originally designed for use of the window.
