RE: H-2015-0027 DECATUR ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO. 1
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced final plat application for the
Decatur Estates Subdivision No. 1 at 4345 N. Linder Road south of US-20/26. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the requested application. The project does not generate any more
trips than anticipated under the Comprehensive Plan.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
3. ITD has plans for future construction of a variation of a continuous flow intersection (CFI) at
the intersection of Chinden Blvd. and Linder Road.
4. The City is reminded the US-20/26 Corridor is already congested. This project will increase
the number of vehicle trips in the corridor. ITD has no current funding assigned to widen US-
20/26.
