NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2015 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2015-0014 by Seagle
Three, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 12
commercial lots and 2 common lots on approximately 9.001 acres
in the C-C zoning district for Settlers Square Subdivision
generally located northwest corner of W. Ustick Road and
N. Venable Avenue
