NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2015 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application CUP 156-018 by
Shelley Uzzel Savage for Conditional Use Permit approval for a
drive-thru establishment in a C-C zoning district within 300 feet of
an existing drive-thru and within 300 feet of a residence for Blimpie
located 1535 N. Main Street
