No unique design considerations were necessary to satisfy regulatory agency requirements associated with the advancement of the Twelve Oaks Centre Subdivision project. The highest normal groundwater elevation observed in the Groundwater Monitor Report was 2,578.14. The lowest finished streettsite grade is 2,585.02. 0 = 6.88 -ft., > 3 -ft.
