The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced preliminary plat application for the
Settlers Square Subdivision on the northwest corner of W. Ustick Road and N. Venable Avenue west
of SH-55. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
