The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced annexation, zoning and
comprehensive plan map amendment application for the Calnon Properties at 2215 W. Franklin Road
north of I-84. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
