The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced City Council review
application for the Stinker Station 1410 W. McMillan Road south of US-20/26. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
