The project is located at 3494 E. Tecate Ln. Meridian, Idaho. Parcel # R8803510020 and the Zone is C -G. The project will consist of a 4,207 sq. ft. restaurant with drive-thra. neUdesign Architecture has designed the drive thru to meet all the requirements of the City of Meridian's drive thru requirements. Also, this facility will meet all the required parking requirements by providing (57) parking spaces with 20 compact spaces and (1) bicycle space. The proposed 23'-0" high facility is well under the allowed maximum allowed height and the facility is situated such that it complies with the setback requirements for the C- G zone. We have shown landscaping to enhance the building design which will be consistent with good practices and will have a variety of plant materials. The landscape plan will have similar soft and hard surfaces as the existing surrounding buildings. The site lighting will be done with lights from the building. All wall mounted exterior light fixtures will transmit the light downward towards the parking only. We hope this project will be acceptable to the planning department.
