The project is located at 3490 E. Tecate Ln. Meridian, Idaho. Parcel # R8803510032 and the Zone is C -G. The project will consist of an approx. 2,000 sq. ft. drycleaner with approx. 1,400 sq. ft. speck. building with drive -thin neUdesign Architecture has designed the drive thru to meet all the requirements of the City of Meridian's drive thru requirements. Also, this facility will meet all the required parking requirements by providing (14) parking spaces with (1) bicycle space. Both buildings will follow the City of Meridian Design Standards and City of Meridian Design Manual. The applicant for each building will submit to the City of Meridian the required Certificate of Zoning Compliance Application and the required Design Review Application. We have shown landscaping to enhance the building design which will be consistent with good practices and will have a variety of plant materials. The landscape plan will have similar soft and hard surfaces as the existing surrounding buildings. The site lighting will be done with lights from the building. All wall mounted exterior light fixtures will transmit the light downward towards the parking only. We hope this project will be acceptable to the planning department.
