RE Sanitary Sewer and Water Services to Ada County Parcel #SO421336500
Dear Mr. Walker:
As we discussed over the phone earlier this afternoon, the City of Meridian does not object to
temporary sanitary sewer and water services to the above referenced parcel being
accomplished by septic system and a private well.
As for conditions for your application with Ada County, we would request that at such time that
this parcel is deemed contiguous to the corporate city limits of Meridian, and if municipal
services are available, that a condition be placed on it to annex into the city and convert over to
municipal sewer and water services.
We would also recommend that the temporary sewer and water services be designed to be
easily convertible to municipal services by means of dry lines, etc.
