Josh,
Hey, I just wanted to give you a heads up. I know it's too late to get on the Consent Agenda for tonight's City Council
meeting, but I just wanted to let you now that we agree with all the conditions of approval for the Proposed Final Plat
for Hacienda No. 5. Doug Jayo was out of town so we wanted to give him a chance to look at the conditions before we
signed off on them. Also, I have a question about one of the conditions. Number 5 of the Site Specific Conditions states
that we will need a detailed fence plan to go with the landscape plan. Is the fence plan something we could prepare and
stamp as a PE or does it need to be prepared by the Landscape Architect? I also noticed that the Hacienda No.S project
folder on the City Clerk's website isn't there anymore. I would like to be able to check it for any additional comments
from agencies if possible. I was just wondering what might of happened to it? Thanks, we'll see you tonight at the
meeting.

Scott,
It was mostly public works comments. One they had was that the existing home needs to be demolished, another was a
requirement for a streetlight plan... Nothing major.

Attached is the (revised) staff report for the proposed final plat for Hacienda Subdivision No. 5, H-2015-
0003. This item is scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on October 20, 2015. The public hearing will
be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Scott - Please submit a written response to the staff report to the City Clerk's office
(iholman@meridiancity.org, mhilt@meridiancity.org, jjonesC�meridiancity.orQ) and myself (e-mail or fax) by
3:00 prn the Thursday prior to the meeting:
If you are in agreement with the conditions of approval contained in the staff report and you submit a
written response accordingly by Thursday at 3:00 pm, your item will be placed on the consent agenda;
consent agenda items are passed in one motion by the Council at the beginning of the meeting. Note: If you
ore in agreement with the staff report, it is still recommended you attend the meeting in the event the
item is pulled off of the consent agenda.
If you do not respond to the staff report by Thursday, or if you have concerns with the conditions of
approval, your project will be placed on the regular agenda.
