Zaldia St. at this time. Without a secondary access, the number of lots need to be reduced to a maximum of 40 lots. I need a revised plat & exhibit for the lots accessed by common driveways asap today for it to stay on the agenda next week. We could continue to the Oct. 27th meeting if another week would help. Sorry about the two VM’s just trying to get some things done before heading out. As far as the setbacks, I have asked the builder to give me some input. When is my drop dead date to get this to you without disrupting our current council schedule. Second, There is not currently an emergency fire access road provided with this phase – I have attached the exhibit from the Staff Report dated 6/23/2015 (Page 12 of 49) showing the conceptual phasing plan. The secondary access point was designed to be at the same location as Newbridge. When the phase line was extended east to include Newbridge it was believed that the condition of a secondary access was met even though the staff report specified a maximum construction of forty (40) lots. Please let me know if this works for you. The proposed plat includes 48 lots without an emergency access. The number of lots either need to be reduced or an emergency access needs to be provided. I can’t issue a staff report with a recommendation of approval without these items being addressed. Do we need to continue the final plat to a subsequent Council meeting to resolve these issues?
