RE: H-2015-0010 SHOPS AT VICTORY
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced City Council Review of the
preliminary plat condition (#1.2.2) application for the Shopes at Victory located at 3210 S. Eagle Road
east of SH-69. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
