Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations
and the Staff Report for the proposed preliminary plat and modification
of a development agreement for Trilogy Sub (PP-15-015 and MDA-15-009).
These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on October 6,
2015. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway
Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
