The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced development agreement modification
application for the Baltic Place Addition located at 1151 E. Kalispell Street west of SH-55. ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
