The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced conditional use application for the
Blimpie’s Drive Thru at 1535 N. Main Street north of I-84. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
