Dear Sonya:
On behalf of Shelburne Properties, LLC, we are pleased to submit the attached application and required
supplements for the final plat of Shelburne Subdivision. Please accept this letter as the required written narrative
regarding the project.
On July 7, 2015, the City Council approved the annexation, zoning, and preliminary plat proposals for this project
(Case Nos. AZ -15-003 & PP -15-005, VAC -15-006). The overall project encompasses approximately 30.2 acres
located at south of Zaldia Lane in Ada Co, and now carries the R-4 zone.
The final plat for this project is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meets the requirements
and conditions of approval thereof, In addition, this final plat conforms to the requirements and provisions of the
UDC, as well as acceptable engineering and surveying practices and local standards.
