The staff report looks fine and we are in agreement.
One clerical item to note – the property was recently transferred from
one LLC to another and the current ownership of the apartments parcels
is “Southridge Farm, LLC” (rather than DBTV Southridge Farm, LLC as
noted).
Please advise if any paperwork is needed in this regard.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed development agreement
modification for Southridge Apartments (MDA-15-010). This item is
scheduled to be on the Council agenda on October 6th. The public hearing
will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm.
