Bob,
Providing plans are submitted for the Districts review process that meets all district requirements and a license agreement is
obtained covering the proposed tiling (piping), the district would likely allow the Creason canal to be tiled in this area. This very
same ditch is already tiled just down stream across Linder and Ustick Roads.

Greg,
We are working on our project (Creason Creek) located near the south east corner of Linder & Ustick. We are checking to see if
the district would have any issues with our piping the westerly 350’ of the lateral. We understand we would need to submit
plans and enter into a license agreement with the district. The Meridian City Council is requesting verification that piping of the
lateral would be accepted by the district.
