We are good with approval for drive through and 24 hour C-Store
operation. No need to challenge the 6a – 11p drive thru hours.
And then our next step is city council for the landscape barrier,
correct?

Attached is the City’s staff report for Thursday nights hearing.
Overall they recommend approval with the exception of the drive through
hours. We will need to e-mail and responses back to Sonya ASAP if
needed.
I have limited availability this afternoon, but am open tomorrow morning
to discuss. Feel free to ask Loren any questions that come up this
afternoon.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed conditional use permit for
Stinker Station. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda
on October 1st. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any
questions.
