Attached are the Planning Et Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
Creason Creek Sub. annexation and preliminary plat applications (AZ 15-009 and PP 15-014). These items are
scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on September 22, 2015. The public hearing will be held at City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
