CC - Applicant Response to Staff ReportMachelle Hill From: Marcel Lopez <marcel@congergroup.com> Sent: Thursday, September 10, 2015 1:40 PM To: Bill Parsons; Joshua Beach; Jaycee Holman; Machelle Hill; Jacy Jones Cc: Jim Conger Subject: Fw: Solterra No. 2 (Revised) Attachments: Solterra Subdivision No. 2 (Revised) FP-15-029.pdf Per your conversation with Jim earlier, we have the following comments: VI. Site Specific Conditions, item 2. a., Lot 28, Block 1 which is the common drive for Lots 24-27 is 15 feet wide however an additional 5 feet will be located along Lots 24-27 for a total width of 20 feet. A 5 foot access easement will be identified on the plat for Lots 24-27, Block 1. This is similar to what was done in Phase I. Item 2. c. of the Site Specific Conditions should include Blocks 1, 2 and 4 as these are the blocks that will have the the attached homes. Item 2. d. of the Site Specific Conditions should include Block 3 only as the other blocks are for the attached homes. We are fine with the the other conditions in the report. Thank you for all your assistance with this.
