A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday,
August 18, 2015, by Mayor De Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Genesis Milam, Joe Borton, Luke Cavener
and Keith Bird.
Members Absent: Charlie Rountree,
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jacy Jones.
Item 1: Roll -call Attendance:
Roll call.

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and start this evening's meeting. For the record it is
Tuesday, August 18th. I will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Bird: I move we adopt the agenda.
Zaremba: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as stated. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: FIVE AYES. ONE ABSENT.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 74-206(b)(d): (b) To
Consider the Evaluation, Dismissal or Disciplining of, or to Hear

Bird: I move we go into Executive Session per Idaho State Code 74-206(b)(d).

EXECUTIVE SESSION: (5:02 to 6:02 p.m.)
De Weerd: Okay. I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Bird: So moved.
Zaremba: Second.
De Weerd: We have a motion and a second. All in favor say aye? Any opposed? We
are out of Executive Session.
MOTION CARRIED: FIVE AYES. ONE ABSENT.
De Weerd: Motion to adjourn?
Bird: So moved.
Zaremba: Second.
