Dear Rob:
OFFICE: Nampa 208-466-7861
SHOP: Nampa 208-466-0663
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) is writing this letter in reference to the project
at W. Pine Avenue and N. Meridian Road. Last week NMID noticed this project had
commenced and we hadn't received plans for its review to see how it may affect the District's
Hunter Lateral.
The easement for the Hunter Lateral is forty feet (40'); twenty feet (20') each side of
centerline and lies on the South boundary of this project. On July 21, 2015 plans were
delivered to our office for review. NMID has concern as to how our Hunter Lateral easement
is being encroached upon as this facility needs to be protected. A Land Use Change
Application also needs to be filed with the District.

On July 23, 2015 at approximately 4P.M. Andy Madsen and myself paid an onsite visit and
witnessed large excavation equipment digging on top of the pipe line for the Hunter Lateral.
This causes great concern and must cease at once. I am asking you stop all work within the
easement until the details are worked out and a License Agreement is obtained. Should you
have any further questions please feel free to give me a call.
Sincerely,
A /I ,
