The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced conditional use application for the
Stinker Station Drive Thru at 1410 W. McMillan Road south of US-20/26. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this project.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
