Dear Mr.°Parsons:
Please find the enclosed revised final plat application package for Solterra Subdivision No. 2.
We respectfully request the Meridian City Council accept the withdrawal of the previous final plat
application for Solterra Subdivision No. 2, submitted in February 2015. The second phase of Solterra
Subdivision has been revised to have 46 single family buildable lots from the previous 51. The common
lots remain the same at 6. The total acreage also remains at 5.34 acres in the R-15 zone.
For the Solterra Subdivision No. 2, we needed to reduce the number of 32 foot lots and include
additional 38' lots to al low for more single level homes. The total number of lots is reduced to 89 from
the previous 94 lots. Block 1 lots did not change along the South Boundary but did widen out to 39 feet
on the East Boundary. Block 2 lots widened to 40 foot lots. Block 3 has no changes and Block 4
modified the Southern lots to 38 feet. Solterra Subdivision No. 2 will continue to have access to the site
amenities developed as part of Phase 1 including a tot lot, walking path and micro paths.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in conformance with: (1) The uses and layout as shown on the approved
preliminary plat; (2) The use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and, (3) Acceptable engineering
and surveying practices and local standards.
