It appears the ACHD improvements on Ustick are still incorrect in your conditions. I understand them as per
discussions with Stacey. Also have not identified the added conditions. Am not comfortable accepting this as
written. I suggest you, Bill, and I meet Thursday morning to review all conditions. I appreciate your
recommendation of approval. I just need clarification of conditions.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed Annexation, Preliminary Plat and Alternative
Compliance for Creason Creek Subdivision AZ 15-009, PP 15-014 and ALT-15-020. This item is
scheduled to be on the Planning and Zoning Commission agenda on August 20th, 2015. The public
