We would like to request a time extension for the "Shops at Victory" for the previously
approved conditional use permit and the preliminary plat. Below is an outline of time
extension request that have been done:
• 8/3/2010 Time Extension for 18 Months
• 8/11/2013 Time Extension Request until 9/9/2015
We now have Rite Aid's corporate approval of the site location and we are working
through the lease. We would like to request a time extension of 12 months to July 30,
2016.
This will give us enough time to complete the lease and submit for the final plat.
