Updated Items — Continued Public Hearing
Dear Mayor and City Council:
On behalf of Avebury Development, LLC please the following updates to the Avebury
Subdivision since our City Council meeting on July 21, 2015:
Landscaping within Five Mile Creek - NMID Easement
We met with NMID on July 22nd and they will allow fine grading and fescue grass
hydroseed within that portion of their easement north of the existing access road along
the Five Mile Creek. The additional landscape width varies with the slight meandering of
the access road and averages 10.6 feet of additional landscaping along the 545 feet width
of the project. As such, the total landscaping has been increased by 5,800 SF from 2,725
SF to 8,525 SF, or a 212% increase.
Additional Landscaping Adjacent to Danbury Faire Subdivision
Based on a neighbor request at the last City Council hearing, we have added a 20'x31'
triangular common lot (Lot 18) with shrubs and a tree at the NE corner of the site at the
N. Kildare Place entrance.
Street Light and Pathway Signage
Based on Council request, we have added a street light in the NW corner of the site and
Five Mile Creek pathway directional signage at each N. Kildare Place and N. Petersburg
Way connections to the Danbury Fair Subdivision.
