Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
Earl Glen rezone, preliminary plat, conditional use permit and development agreement modification
application. These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on 08/18/2015. The public hearing
will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any
questions.
