Cherry Lane, Meridian, Idaho, for Intended Use To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to verify that the Idaho Learning Center, managed by Cole Valley Christian Schools, is in compliance with the State of Idaho Department of Education requirements for private schools. The facilities plans submitted to the City of Meridian for the intended use of the building on 2150 W. Cherry Lane, Meridian, Idaho 83642, are in compliance with State of Idaho Department of Education requirements for facilities of private schools and learning centers. The State Department has very little oversight and regulation on private schools. The accreditation of schools is actually not done through the State Department. They have submitted to a third party regional accreditation board for that. In that accreditation review process there is verification that all fire, building, and safety codes are met, but again the State Department of Education does not regulate private schools facilities or mandate certain specifications. Respectfully, &441 cot Brad Carr Superintendent Cole Valley Christian Schools and The Idaho Learning Center Idaho Learning Center and Academy, 2150 W.
