The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced development agreement amendment
application for Earl Glen Subdivision located on the north side of E. McMillan Rd. and east of N. Locust
Grove Rd. west of SH-55. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the requested application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This site does not abut the State Highway System.
