Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on August 20, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications AZ 15-009 by CS2, LLC for Annexation of 16.08 acres of land from the RUT zoning district to the R-8 zoning district and PP 15-014 for Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 51 single family residential lots & 8 common lots on approximately 15.75 acres in a proposed R-8 zoning district for Creason Creek Subdivision generally located southeast corner of N. Linder Road and W. Ustick Road 33 E.
