NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broad-
way Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2015
for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications RZ 15-
001 by Ada County Highway District for Rezone of 2.08 acres
from the R-4 to the O-T zoning district; ZOA 15-001 Text
Amendment to Table 11-2D-2 of the UDC to include a drive-thru
establishment as a conditional use in the O-T zoning district & a
modification to the associated specific use standards listed in UDC
11-4-3-11; and CUP 15-014 for Conditional Use Permit for a
drive-thru establishment in the O-T zoning district for The Human
Bean located 1648 N. W. 1st Street
