Dear Sonya Watters:
We are submitting to you a request to change the life style amenity from a pathway along our western
boundary to a picnic area on the common lot 11 C Block 9. This picnic area will be located adjacent to the 12'
asphalt pathway. The reason for the request is due to the steep slopes on the western boundary that may not
allow some of the residents to fully use the trail system and the high risk of soil & erosion on this steep slope
when the grade is almost a 2v to 1h. We will have the landscape plan reflect the picnic area for the use by the
residents.
